ASE Certified Technician diagnoses and repairs automotive vehicles. Our Technician works under limited supervision and may be required to work independently. The Technician is responsible for the quality of their work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Test-drive vehicles
- Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
- Perform pre-delivery inspections
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles
- Complete vehicle inspection worksheets
- Conduct brake work, steering, suspension, exhaust work, and starting/charging systems
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- ASE Certified
- Valid driver’s license
This position does require lifting, bending, and twisting. Lifting can include up to 50 lbs, tires, etc. All employees must be able to communicate with our service advisor team, complete notes for RO’s, etc. Employees will regularly be required to speak & hear.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
